WHITLEY NEILL is slightly softer
than more traditional gins and very smooth with rich juniper and citrus, pot pourri and exotic spices. The finish is a long one with one subtle fade of herbs, cocoa, and candied lemon
peels, while the nose is both citrusy sweet and peppery, with a
distinctive floral aroma.

The WHITLEY NEILL Protea & Hibiscus flavoured variant is exclusively available in South Africa and is also a handcrafted gin of exceptional quality, inspired by the wild and natural beauty of Africa’s landscape. Protea and Hibiscus flavours combine to bring a distinctive floral note to create a smooth gin with a unique and remarkable taste that reflects the majestic beauty of the two flowers.

Whitley Neill Aloe & Cucumber Gin is an African inspired handcrafted infusion of cooling, slightly sweet cucumber and subtle hints of Karoo aloe which enhances the other botanicals that are crafted into this Whitley Neill Gin variant. This aloe and cucumber infusion – in addition to several other uniquely African botanicals – makes it a smooth, light, fragrant and well-balanced gin.

BLOOD ORANGE

  •  

    50ml Whitley Neill Protea &

    Hibiscus flavoured gin, a handful of mixed berries, 20ml strawberry juice, 25ml Gomme syrup and a scoop of crushed ice. Mix the berries, the strawberry juice and the syrup in
    a blender with the crushed ice
    and serve frozen.

    50ml Whitley Neill Protea &
    Hibiscus flavoured gin, 5 fresh
    mint leaves, 20ml blood orange
    syrup, 30ml blood orange or grapefruit juice. Add all ingredients
    in a glass over cubed ice and stir. Garnish with a blood orange slice.

  •  

    50ml Whitley Neill Protea &
    Hibiscus flavoured gin, rose water
    and a dash of lime. Pour 50ml of
    this gin in a glass with ice, add a
    dash of lime juice and top up with rose water. Garnish with a fresh
    rose petal.

  •  

    50ml Whitley Neill Gin,

    a dash of bitters, squeeze

    three orange wedges and top

    with premium tonic water.

    Serve over ice in a rock glass

    and garnish with orange.

  •  

    25ml Whitley Neill Gin, 5ml sugar
    syrup, 5ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice and then topped up with champagne. Shake all ingredients
    with ice and fine strain into a
    Coupette glass and garnish
    with a Cape gooseberry.

  •  

    25ml Whitley Neill Gin, 25ml of

    triple sec, 50ml orange juice and

    then topped up with soda.

    Serve in a sling glass over ice and garnish with mint and grapefruit.
