LEMONGRASS & GINGER GIN

This Whitley Neill Gin variant boasts a distinctive, fragrant and citrusy taste as a result of the masterful blending of lemongrass with warning ginger in addition to a variety of exotic herbs and spices. Some of the botanicals that are used in crafting this deliciously fragrant gin are juniper, coriander seed, cassia bark, orris and angelica roots and liquorice.

This Whitley Neill Gin variant tastes of fresh plump berries and hints of floral hedgerow. It boasts a smooth flavour, with a core of delicious, piney juniper followed by zesty sweet citrus and hints of wonderful black pepper. The finish has a little earthiness alongside the warming spice of cassia.
