RASPBERRY GIN & TONIC

INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml Whitley Neill Raspberry Gin
  • 100ml Lamb & Watt Hibiscus Tonic Water
  • 2 Lemon wedges
  • 4 Raspberries

METHOD

Add the lemon wedges and raspberries into the base of a glass then press gently with a muddler or spoon. Fill with cubed ice and add the other ingredients. Stir and serve with the last lemon wedge alongside a straw.

INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml Whitley Neill Raspberry Gin
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 3 fresh Raspberries
  • Half a lemon
  • Top with Soda
  • Garnish with Raspberry & Mint Leaves

METHOD

Muddle the Raspberries in the bottom of a highball glass.
Add the raspberry gin, sugar and lemon to the glass and top with soda,
mix together and garnish with raspberries and mint leaves.

INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml Whitley Neill Blood Orange Gin
  • 50ml fresh orange juice
  • 25ml fresh lime juice
  • 10ml runny honey
  • 1 Slice of orange zest or dehydrated orange wheel

METHOD

Add the Whitley Neill Blood Orange Gin, fresh orange juice, lime juice
and honey to a cocktail shaker. Shake hard and double strain the liquid.
Pour into a martini or coupette glass. Garnish with orange zest or a dehydrated orange wheel.

  • 50ml Whitley Neill
  • 50ml Orange Juice
  • 50ml Grapefruit Juice
  • 1 Orange

METHOD

Add all ingredients into the glass.
Garnish with an orange wheel.

  • 50ml Whitley Neill Dry Gin
  • 20ml Sweet vermouth
  • 10ml Dry vermouth
  • 5ml maraschino
  • 1 dash of bitters

METHOD

Pour ingredients into a mixing glass. Stir and strain into a V Martini
glass and garnish with a large orange twist.

CLEMENTINE NEGRONI

INGREDIENTS

  • 25ml Whitley Neill Dry Gin
  • 25ml Campari
  • 25ml Italian Vermouth
  • 25ml Fresh clementine juice

METHOD

Add all ingredients to a rocks glass, along with cubed ice, and stir well. Garnish with a slice of fresh clementine.

BLOOD ORANGE PALOMA

  • 50ml Whitley Neill Blood Orange Gin
  • Freshly squeezed lime
  • 150ml Grapefruit Juice
  • Thyme & Orange Wheel For Garnish

METHOD

Add all ingredients to a highball glass with ice. Stir and garnish
with thyme and orange wheel.

BLOOD ORANGE ELDERFLOWER GARDEN

INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml Whitley Neill Blood Orange Gin
  • 25ml elderflower liqueur
  • 15ml lime juice
  • 150ml ginger ale
  • Garnish with orange wheel and thyme sprig

METHOD

Pour blood orange gin, elderflower liqueur and lime juice into a glass over ice, stir and then top with ginger Ale. Garnish with orange wheel and thyme sprig. Garnish with a slice of fresh clementine.

INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml Whitley Neill Raspberry Gin
  • 10ml Lemon Juice
  • 30ml Sugar Syrup
  • 15ml elderflower liqueur
  • Top with soda

METHOD

Add Whitley Neill Raspberry Gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup and elderflower liqueur to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake thoroughly. Strain and pour over ice into a tumbler and top with soda water. Garnish with a few raspberries and a rosemary stick.
